VERY responsive to emails. I am so glad I found this tournament software. You can run tournaments like a pro. Online brackets. Player paging on their cell phones. Fargo reporting. Almost every tournament type you can think of.

Still awesome software

This software is one of the simplest programs I seen or used. The video helps you through the whole set up. If you need to keep up with points for a end of the year total, it will do that for you. It does aution and tournament pay out %. Its every tournament director's dream software.

I've been doing tournaments for 25+ years. IngenPool is new to me but so far I like it. I need to use it more and figure things out but so far on a scale of 1-10 I'd give it a 7. I'll be back after the season is over for an update.

This software is hands down the best way to manage all things pool. Keeps things moving, makes sharing info easy, and absolutely wows the Players. We manage 2 to 3 Tournaments a week right now and we couldn't do it without IngenPool. The Support Staff is AMAZING!!! I can not say that enough. They are always SO quick to respond and VERY helpful. This is money well spent.

First time using the round robin for League play, after working with Dan closely he was able to work out a couple bugs and alter/add some things to help suit the league and league players and we just finished the 10 week session and I'm loving it. Looking forward to the next session. Thanks Dan!

IngenPool has made my life as a regional tour director so much simpler. I love the ability of this program to make my local group look like a professional tour. If you want to up the game of your local tournaments, this is the program for you! I do wish the "Break Pool" had a little more customization possibillities, but overall it's a winner!
